Single Point Source (SPS) TM is a product the takes one input XML file per Module that
describes the Chip Address & Registers and creates many outputs.  It also has a master
chip index XML file for coordination of large chips with many blocks/modules.  Some
customers have up to 2000 registers. For example it only takes 2 minutes to create 7
output files and the memory map.

SPS was designed so the outputs can be quickly created from a structured database. The
Apache Xerces C++ XML Parser is used for parsing XML code.

The chip input XML is structured with the following complex XML types & heirarchy.  There
are many more tags that belong to these complex Tags - such as:
<NAME><DESC> <ADDRESS> <BIT_FIELD> ,etc.
